Baxion provides access to SEC filings and related financial data for informational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice. Any decisions you make based on information from Baxion are your sole responsibility.

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. This includes:

• Email address and name (for your account)
• Sign-in records (IP address and browser type) to keep your account secure
• Tags, highlights, saved searches and alerts you create

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Data Sources

Baxion uses these third-party data sources:

• SEC EDGAR, the Securities and Exchange Commission's filing system: SEC filings, filing full-text search, and company identifiers and industry codes.
• Financial Modeling Prep (FMP): stock prices, company profiles and earnings call transcripts.
• Yahoo Finance, retrieved through the open-source yfinance library: stock prices, market capitalization, exchange, and sector and industry data.

Market data may be delayed. We strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date information but cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
